Raja Ampat is an archipelago located in West Papua. This place is full of beautiful underwater view and great above-the-surface scenery. Some people even call it the King of Coral Beauty. The corals in Raja Ampat are considered as the most complete corals in the world. 75% out of 537 corals in the world can be seen in this site. There are also 1,104 fishes, 669 mollusks, and 537 corals animals. This site is been a heaven for the fishing enthusiasts, since there are too many fish to catch. 

In addition to Raja Ampat, there are groups of islands that will bewitch you with its own unique floras and faunas like red cendrawasih, Wilson cendrawasih, maleo waigeo, many kinds of cockatoo and parrot, cuscus waigeo, and various kinds of orchids.

Tidung Island - Hidden Paradise In Jakarta

Tidung Island, a Nice New Paradise for Bacpackers – Tidung Island is one of the nicest places in Kepulauan Seribu. This island is occupied by approximately 3,000 people. With an outstandingly beautiful view, the backpackers even call it a paradise.

In the east side of this island, we can see Pulau Tidung Kecil. These two islands are now connected by a very attractive wooden bridge. We can walk along the bridge and see the crystal clear sea with colorful corals and fishes. This beautiful bridge view lasts about 2 kilometers. 

If you are looking for a cheap and nice recreation, you can make this island as a great choice. The clear sea and white beach will please your eyes. To reach this island, you can take start from Pelabuhan Muara Angke Jakarta or Pelabuhan Muara Cituis (Rawasaban) Tangerang. To get to Pelabuhan Muara Angke, you can take public transportation from Grogol or Kopami from Beos, Kota. If you want to take start from Tangerang, you can hit the colt car (wagon) from the Terminal Pasar Baru.

From Pelabuhan Muara Angke or Pelabuhan Muara Cituis, you can continue your trip by renting the fisherman’s boat. You can go to the island at anytime because the transportation is available for 24/7.
